Outlook.de email account blocked, how to unlock it?

A few days ago, I received a message stating that someone had tried to log into my Outlook.de email account using a phone I don't own. My account has now been locked, and I need to verify my identity to unlock it again. I created the account several years ago. Only I use this account, and no one else knows my information.
The thing is that I can't activate the account either with the replacement email or phone number because I unfortunately
1. The replacement email data is no longer known
2. New phone number
I've tried several times to activate my account using the questionnaire, where you enter as much information as possible, but Microsoft's automated system is so abysmally bad that it still doesn't work. Unfortunately, I don't remember many of the emails I received and sent to complete the questionnaire. It was a long time ago, and who remembers things like that?
Are there other ways to restore the account etc.

If you can’t prove that this is your account (replace email, phone number) then you can’t do much except Delete
If you have nothing from the requested data, it becomes difficult to reactivate the account
