Otto has found multiple customer accounts. What should I do?
I created a new customer account yesterday so I could use the new customer discount. I ordered a headset, but now I can't log in. It says they found multiple customer accounts with my information. But I'd like to know if my order will still arrive.

Apparently, you already have multiple Otto accounts, so your order won't arrive because you're not a "new customer."
