Austrian standard German is quite different from German bardard German, can “run” me, like “Jänner” and “eh” and “Haube” as well as Austrian high German. Any inflammation is (hopefully) transient.
It’s not inflammatory. It happens right after the scratch is created. There’s nothing so fast inflamed.
