Orthodontist follow-up?
Hello, I have a question
I'm 21 and have had braces for five months. I put them on for the first time today.
Is it normal that it is only put on after 4 months or is it a rip-off?

no, that's not normal.
Usually you have an appointment every four to eight weeks. At the beginning you can see big changes and at least one sheet is changed at almost every appointment.
