Origin account hacked or gone?
I haven't played Sims 4 in a while, but yesterday I really wanted to get back into it. When I logged in, my account name was different (but that has something to do with me, since it's my birthday and the number in my normal username). There are no games on the account, and I would have to activate them with the code. I tried that with Sims 4, but it says the code has already been used (by me back then). Does anyone know this and can explain it to me? Thanks for all the replies.

Did you log in to the right account? There is a tiny chance someone has almost the same credentials, otherwise ask the support, which can definitely help you.
