Ordered by mistake and payment didn't work but still received a confirmation email?

Hi,

I ordered something from Nike today, or rather, tried to, haha. I entered everything and then wanted to make an immediate payment, but I couldn't access my bank account at first…but for some reason, the Nike website said "Order successfully completed" and I even received an email telling me when it would arrive…so I went back to the online site and it said "Payment not yet processed," so I tried again. But it didn't work. Should I reorder the product (with payment) or wait to see if something arrives or if I get an email…or should I cancel, or what should I do…

I would be very happy about your help 🙂

You’ve already ordered, only the payment didn’t work. Turn to Nike.

It’s got it, but it’s like the second step before the first.
With something new, you get in touch.
You don’t get rid of the car, even though you don’t have a driver’s license (I hope :-)))

But now everything’s gonna be fine.

You got an order confirmation from Nike. It describes exactly how to withdraw.

If you order online, you should at least be informed about the most important options.
