Order a graphics card or CPU?

My PC is giving me trouble, and I'm considering sending it in. Sometimes it randomly beeps five times, even though the manual says CPU. The RAM or VRAM lights up (not very visible). Sometimes it starts with an error, beeps once, and then starts anyway. When I go into the BIOS, I always briefly see something that looks like artifacts. But OCC of the GPU and RAM show nothing. Both would be expensive, could you help? The motherboard and RAM have been replaced. Ryzen 7 5800x3d, MSI Pro X570. Intel Arc A770 16GB

Sounds like a pretty tricky problem. I'd turn to a professional.
