Optigrill baguette ideas?

Hello, my dears,

I received an Optigrill for Christmas and would like to try making baguette toppings in it soon. I've never tried it before and can only come up with boring baguette ideas, like tartar sauce, ham, and cheese (tomato).

Do you have any other suggestions or have you already tested more creative variations?
