Opiate addiction programs?
Hello, I have a fentanyl problem, or rather an opiate problem, but lately I've been using a lot of fentanyl. I want to stop, but the withdrawal is so unbearable that I need help. I heard from an acquaintance that doctors prescribe Subutex, which I myself received from a friend for withdrawal. Because of the physical symptoms I'm missing, all I have is the urge, and I can't take it anymore. Many friends have stolen from me or others, and they've changed so much that I don't want that. I've tried cold turkey for three days now, but I took 15mg of Xanax during that time, so even that hardly helped until I've just started using it again. I'm rationing it out, and I really want a solution for the time being; it has to end.
I'm from the Hanover area in the Springe region. It's a small town with many villages, and there's not much nearby except for a doctor who won't be back for another month. Do I need to clarify anything with the health insurance company beforehand, or see a doctor and discuss it? Maybe someone from the area is available and can help me. It's important to me not to go to a hospital, as I want to manage this way and feel more comfortable at home, as I have a minor "disorder" that prevents me from enjoying new places…
I just want to get out of this vicious cycle. It's been going on for a year now: withdrawal, use, and then starting over again… I know how stupid it is, and it's my own fault. Please don't hate me. Anyone who has experience with this knows what I mean. I'd be interested in hearing something like stories, tips, etc. The main thing is something to distract me and help me.
Kind regards and a big thank you 🙂
Hey Hello234172,
it is very courageous to speak openly about your problem!! A withdrawal of fentanyl or other opioids is really very burdensome, both physically and mentally. But you’re not alone with it, and there’s help that can help you.
Subutex (Buprenorphine) is actually a proven option to support in withdrawal. To get it, however, you need to contact a doctor who specializes in addiction medicine or a withdrawal clinic. In Hanover, for example, this is at the Medical UniversityStation 54possible. However, the medicamentally supported withdrawal is only possible in a stationary state… According to self-description, it usually takes 14 to 21 days. But the best thing is to call there, sign your situation and ask for out-of-the-box options or make an appointment for admission. You don’t have to talk to the health insurance company beforehand, as the cost of a withdrawal treatment is usually simply taken over after the attending physician has submitted the corresponding application.
Otherwise, you can also get in touch with a drug counselling center near you to get more addresses of (maybe also outpatient) withdrawal options near you. For example, you can use the platform DigiSearch use. There, depending on your postal code, you are suggested in your area, which you can then write directly.
I wish you all the best for your way! If you have more questions or I can help you somehow, please write a PN.
Best regards,

Thank you so much. I notice myself that I no longer hold this out and especially Fentanyl should be erased from my own. You’re doing great and everything’s great, but without I feel like an old sick man. I don’t want to. I’ll think I’ll call at the drug counseling and see if there’s vague information otherwise I know a doctor who regularly gives you as a syringe, but this is up to almost the end of January on holiday… I hope it’s somehow through I live only day by day:/

Look at the complete video every 2 1/2 hours. This will help you understand better.
I know you don’t want to hear it, but you’re looking for professional help. Everything else will not work!
Take care of the benzos and the opis. A friend almost killed himself and now has organ damage.
So the video seems little to help me. But thanks anyway. That’s 2.5h I’d rather use differently. I’m already a little walked in the area. have always been much researched about the substances
Too bad, I’m sure it would help you.
The video is not about the substances, but about how a addiction develops. This goes far beyond the simple set-off. You will bend in and consume sooner or later.
I would go to the ambulance after hannover
Like I said. I come with these outpatients, away from home without my things, not really clear and ready to let it really be the only thing that keeps me off is this unnormally disgusting strong withdrawal… that’s barely to stop.
Promise this with a doctor.
I’m just wondering if you come to benzos and opiate, would you have to come to subutex?
No subutex is very rare because it is interestingly less prescribed than fentanyl etc because the doctors seem to be funny.
