Otherwise, pCloud regularly has good offers for lifetime storage against one-time payment. The last action (70% discount) you missed, unfortunately, but I think in the next two months it comes again (so it was at least the last years).

Free is always limited to a few GB or you pay for it.

Google Drive free of charge 15GB -> 1,99€ 100GB -> 9,99€ 2TB

Dropbox free 2GB -> 9,99€ 2TB -> 16,58€ 3TB

Mega.io free of charge 20GB -> 99,99€ per year 2TB -> 199,99€ per year 8TB

Therefore, I find the offer with a Microsoft 365 subscription very good:

Family (6 users) on 5 devices from 54,99€ (incl Norton Deluxe for 5 users)

For this you get 12 months legal MS Office incl. 1TB Cloud storage per user and even has virus protection. And you can also extend over these keys and are not forced to do so about the expensive automatism of the Abos (even if you are preset with an extension every time you activate), but I have only extended these bundles for years.

But you need to remember that you will never get a life-long free location, as servers with the memory also cost money for the providers. Get a hard drive or a USB stick and save it there

Firstly, it usually happens, and if this is not ok then maybe a NAS system, cost as much as an annual subscription and are lasting much longer.
