On the day of delivery, UPS simply states that I apparently refused the package, which is not true. What should I do?

What can I do about these filthy pigs?

I just saw in my tracking number that it said that I had supposedly refused the package, which wasn't the case, and that's making me pretty angry.

It was an important package from abroad and the hotline is just a stupid robot, nothing more.

What is the best way to behave now and what can I do about it?

I had with Unfoamed Park S Do a similar problem. Was not present and attached a corresponding note to the mailbox. 3 times, the driver had no time to read this note, so that the show went back as inaccessible.

My consequence: Writing to UPS Germany headquarters in Neuss and the parcel service Prohibited delivery, which is like a house ban. Since then, UPS has not been allowed to supply me any more packages. Only once did I have to cancel an order because the sender did not want to accept the UPS ban.

Then you have to talk to the robot voice now – until you get a real person.

I refuse the answer. UPS was really good, but now it's the last place. They've changed to Subs, and they haven't done anything since. Get in touch with the transmitter. He is to initiate a new delivery

say to the robot voice that you hadn't talked to the supplier.

Probably another person has allowed an evil joke
