In principle, the two substances already help. But it does not apply to individual nutrients but to the entire diet.

Studies show a lot when the day is long. The same or similar effects would also be obtained with other nutrients. Pleasantly clean water and sufficient full-fledged proteins are much more important for a long healthy life.

Also probiotics, fiber and certain vitamins and minerals.

Taurine produces our body itself. On the other hand, man needs fats only in small amounts. It would make much more sense to reduce food with unhealthy fats. Especially cereals, fast food and finished products.

Omega 3 is found in various fish. But because of the heavy load on the seas, I would rather buy it as a dietary supplement that is proven to be unloaded and therefore recommended by Stiftung Warentest or Ecotest.

No, because you have no idea about the subject and don’t want to listen.

Forget the bullshit with 8.1 years. As you imagine, it doesn’t work. You always read something on the Internet, but you have no idea of matter and then jump on some modern hype that only wants to pull you out of your pocket. It’s annoying. Consider how nutrition and health works.

I don’t know, but as I said, our body produces taurine itself. Search for a high quality Omega 3 source. Or better: Invest the money in a generally healthy diet.

So if you ask me that, I would recommend Lauretana from glass bottles. But this is relatively expensive.
