I accidentally deleted the data on my old phone after configuring my new one. Of course, I didn't realize that I wanted to continue using my old number on WhatsApp, which would require a code to be sent to my old phone. Is there anything I can do, or is it hopeless and I just have to get a new number?

To turn off the maintenance interval display you have to enter a code, what else can you enter to test other functions?
I once had a same (or it was similar, it was a while ago) problem, then put the SIM card into the first phone, and Whtatsapp reinstalled again, and logged in, after that I could install everything on the second phone.
I didn’t know this variant until then.
