Driving a tractor on a construction site without a T driving license?
Hey, I was recently asked if I could drive a tractor with a tandem earthmoving trough on a construction site.
I have class B and class T driver's licenses, and I'm 20 years old. The tractor is registered to 40 km/h and has a black license plate (not a green one).
Can I now drive on the construction site with a T without a CE?
A traffic space is public if it is freely accessible to anyone or to a group of persons not specified in more detail, it is also actually used in this way. Affiliation to the public transport area ends with a clear action, e.g., de fence, closing a barrier, attaching shut-offs, etc.
As a rule, a construction site is not accessible to everyone, thus also not part of the public transport area, and consequently the driving licence regulation does not apply there.
If the construction site is not fenced, you must not drive there.
The colour of the license plate is irrelevant to the driving licence, this is only a possible tax exemption.
With Class T you can only carry out agricultural and forestry trips. You can read what these are in §6 para. 5 FeV. In any case, commercial construction site traffic does not belong to it.
On the construction site, who can drive! Who is divided by the polish and is entitled!
Your driving licences are valid in road traffic!
T is only available for agricultural green kennzeichen, as a result.B only goes up to 3.5 ton total weight and presumably the trecker is heavier. If you can drive only construction site without road, otherwise no
