Ohne Krankschreibung krank?
Ich bin gerade im Praktikum im Kindergarten und war 2 Wochen krank weil ich vor kurzem eine Fehlgeburt hatte und das meine psyche sehr belastet wenn ich mit Kindern arbeite. Mein “Arbeitgeber” weiss das auch ,ich habe es jedoch auf Grund meiner Psyche die letzte Woche auch nicht zum Arzt geschafft . Ich bin also 1 Woche entschuldigt und die andere nicht,wenn ich darauf angesprochen werde,soll ich einfach sagen dass ich es auf Grund meiner Psyche nicht zum Arzt geschafft habe ?
