Driving without a license (50cc) Driving license suspension?
Hi, briefly and succinctly, since my last question was worded incorrectly: the police saw my colleague on the back of me without a helmet and they wanted to stop us. I reacted quickly and drove like crazy to my so-called checkpoint, which is a large forest that no car can get through. When we got to the forest, I parked my scooter (50cc Aerox) and we walked through the forest. Well, the scooter was found and so was I. My dad tried to explain to the police that I couldn't wait because I'm getting my driver's license soon, blah blah blah, and I said I took off because of adrenaline. Now my question is: how high is the probability that I won't be banned, if I get one, what is the most likely length? And it would be best to also mention what I'm 100% facing. I admitted to the offense and all I've been told is that my fleeing colleague will receive an administrative offense and I'll be charged with driving without a license.

A buddy of mine even had a personal accident with ner 50ccm (he also had no driving licence).
He also landed in court. His sentence is 20 hours of social work. Driving license lock etc. did not exist with him. So relax.
