Oil extraction to make teeth healthy and white?

Hey, I have a question. I heard that oil pulling is good for your teeth. Is that true? Second, I need some tips: Which oil should I use? How long should I do it for? Is there anything I need to pay attention to? How often should I do it? Before or after brushing my teeth? And if you have any tips, please let me know.

This is especially well described here

You can do it 3 – 20 min, depending on how long you can make it or want

You can also get normal vegetable oil, cocos oil or at rossman one extra for it, that is also on the side..

Yes, it should make the teeth brighter with regular application and be good for mouth hygiene and odour anyway. This binds the bacteria, and you’ll spit on them

You should not spit it into the wash basin because it can block the pipes

You can do this daily it shouldn’t be harmful, in the opposite even and best put in front of the teeth, I think this then tastes better hihi

I have no experience with it myself but I have the gegooglet and hope I could help you

The oil extraction detoxifies. That the teeth benefit from it is a pleasant side effect.

It is possible to take coconut oil, which has always been tasteful to me. Now I take organic sunflower oil – is more neutral in taste.

Always in the morning before brushing your teeth, right after standing up. Start with 5 min, get up to 20 min.

I’m standing up, on my way to the bathroom, I’ll take an EL oil in my mouth, go to the toilet, prepare the coffee… You can also shower while you push the oil between your teeth from and off.

Very important: never spit into the sink, but into the household waste.

Hello Eldarrr,

who believes in globulis, he also believes in oil pulling. It certainly belongs to the rear corner of alternative medicine.

One thing is certain: By oil pulling, your teeth will certainly not be whiter.

Good luck!

Oil pulling and salt water flushing help to remove food residues in inaccessible places and to cure gum inflammation. Instructions can be found on the net enough.

The teeth make them less white. But you shouldn’t expect too much. And it does not replace the teeth, because Plague is a very sticky mass that must be removed mechanically. (i.e. brush, tooth silk etc).

Coconut oil is the best oil because of lauric acid.

Probiotic foods to balance the oral and intestinal flora. For example, fermented vegetables, milk kefir, water kefir or combucha. I had the best experiences with milk kefir. It is easiest to produce and has by far most probiotic bacterial strains. However, everything must be done by itself, as the products from the supermarket are pastaurized and thus lose their probiotic effect.

It has been made in Ayurveda for many hundred years. Before cleaning the tongue with a sniper. Take coconut oil, for example. Before teeth cleaning. Pull it about 10-15 min. Spit it out, but then net into the sink otherwise clogs the drain. Spucks e.g. in toilet paper and throw into the toilet or waste. Is great for mouth and general health

Don’t throw into the toilet. The pollutants that have been drawn from the oral cavity with the oil do not belong to the groundwater.

Then what do you do with the intestinal bacteria when you go fuck? 🤔

That’s what I wrote: Nice in the sink. This can block when the oil cures. That’s why in the toilet or the garbage.

Regardless of the reasons (can you google yourself) this oil does not belong to the sink.
