Oh Polly Return/Return?
I'd like to order several dresses from Oh Polly and then return some. How does the whole process work? Is it as easy as Shein? Is it free and do you get a QR code, or is it as complicated as PrettyLittleThing? I once returned something from PLL, and I found it far too complicated and expensive (€35 for shipping).
