o2 payment?
Hey people.
Unfortunately, I lost my job and couldn't pay my bills. Now I owe €208. I was given a payment extension until February 13, 2025. I've had a new job since February 1, 2025, but my pay won't arrive until February 28, 2025. I called O2 on Thursday, and they said I should call today to arrange a payment extension. I just called, and the woman didn't even speak proper German and said that unfortunately, it wasn't possible. One person says this, another says that, and now I don't know what to do. Thanks in advance.

Since you have only postponed the payment this year, a second time should be possible. I already had similar problems, and I was told that two rounds of the bill are possible a year. Better call again and talk to someone else.

Do you have a shop nearby? Then I would go there with the documents
