Hello, I haven't been able to access the internet since last night. I have an O2 box 6431. I unplugged the router and plugged it back in. DSL is lit green, but the info light is lit red. I looked online. It said I have to reconfigure it, but it doesn't work. Something's wrong. What could be the cause?
I tried reconfiguring it, but it doesn't recognize the network.

Da steht doch, dass deine DSL Zugangsdaten nicht funktionieren. Gib diese nochmal komplett neu ein. Wenn das nicht hilft, ruf beim DSL Anbieter an, die können dir da wesentlich mehr helfen, als irgendwelche Leute im Internet.
