O2 contract signed, but no response?
I signed a contract with O2 on Monday, including a mobile phone and a contract. I completed the identity verification. Now I haven't heard anything since Monday. I received an email yesterday asking me to confirm my email address. When I clicked on the confirmation link, it said I should log in to complete the confirmation. However, I can't log in because my phone number isn't known, and my email address probably isn't known either. What should I do? How long does it take for O2 to process my order?
Calling the service hotline would be an option.
Call the hotline and clear it with O2 or go to an O2 store and clear it on site.
You could come up with the idea that you're reporting to O2 and just catching up.

You might think that I have already tried this by e-mail, but have not received any answer yet.
