Nzxt T120 RGB doesn't work, what to do?

I bought the T120 CPU air cooler from NZXT, which I mounted and connected to my Asus b550f.
When I turned on my PC it was spinning, but nothing was lit.
When I plugged it in somewhere else, only two individual LEDs lit up, like two small dots.
I tried connecting it to a 5V, 12V connection, but nothing helped.
What should I do
