NYM cable without sheath in flush-mounted pipe?

Hello everyone,

I installed a plastic conduit in the wall. Unfortunately, the diameter was too small, so my NYM cable had difficulty fitting through.

Is it permitted to lay the cable in the pipe without sheathing?

Thanks

Greetings

If both ends of the tube end in suitable clamping cans, it is also possible to place the individual wires in the tube. In pipe installations, it is even intentionally possible to draw the corresponding number of individual wires in correct colors. However, since no one has the exact local knowledge, one can only say on a flat-rate basis that it is allowed under certain circumstances, but depending on the situation it is not…

Do I understand that correctly: You want to cut off the coat and only pull the three or 5 veins through the empty pipe?

I would personally say: No, not admissible! Alternatively, pull a new slot next to it and place the cable under plaster without empty tube.

But it is clear.

If the cable goes hard with a coat, then the 3 or 5 wires will probably also go hard. If the insulation tears, this can become dangerous.

Make the effort, and lay a bigger empty tube.
This is what you do once, and then it should be the rest of your life.
