Nutritional values before/after?
Maybe a stupid question, but I'm interested to know if anyone knows.
Is there actually a difference in the nutritional values of, for example, a cake, in the raw ingredients and after it comes out of the oven?
I live vegan myself
Last night, three of my eggs broke, or rather, the shells cracked. Can I eat them today, or is that a problem? I'd just fry them in a pan (scrambled). Is this still possible or should I just leave it?

I don’t know exactly how you mean that, but for example, many vitamins are lost during heating. Otherwise, keep evaporating the water, that is, the end product is slightly lighter, but the calories etc remain the same to my knowledge.
Except for pasta, rice and potatoes. If you cook this and then leave it to stand for twelve hours, the strength changes into resistant strength, but this also does not make a big difference in calories.
Nutrients and vitamins decrease when they are heated, cut, pumped or otherwise processed.
