If you’re bleeding, it can bleed for a very long time because you have too little blood platelets. Brain bleeding can just occur like that – without you hurt yourself – which can also be dangerous.

Citrus fruit, kiwis, green paprika, broccoli. Fish, eggs, dairy products. Seeds and nuts.
