I want to buy a motorcycle, but I'm not from Germany, so I'm wondering how best to transport it back home. Should I apply for a temporary license plate? Or is that a bad idea and there's a better solution? But then the question arises: where am I supposed to get Part 2 (vehicle registration document) if I don't have the motorcycle yet?
