Nummer wechseln ohne dass Whatsapp Kontakte benachrichtigt werden?
Hi! Ich habe folgendes Problem: Ich bin gerade dabei meine Nummer zu wechseln, da ich nicht mehr möchte, dass gewisse Personen mich kontaktieren können, beziehungsweise meine Nummer haben. Manchmal ist es aber ja so, dass den Personen auf Whatsapp oder im Gruppenchat angezeigt wird, wenn jemand die Nummer gewechselt hat. Genau das möchte ich aber nicht. Ich möchte nur noch ausgewählten Personen selbst meine Nummer geben. Also ich möchte nicht, dass mein aktueller Whatsapp Account irgendwie mit meiner neuen Nummer verknüpft ist.
Wie genau kann ich sicherstellen, dass das klappt? Müsste ich meinen Whatsapp Account löschen und mir dann mit meiner neuen Nummer einen neuen Account erstellen? Schonmal danke für eure Hilfe! 🙂

If you want to change your number without notification of your contacts to WhatsApp, you should first delete your current WhatsApp account. After that, you reinstall WhatsApp and register with your new number, so your old number is no longer linked to your account and no notifications are sent to your contacts.
