I received a call from a number with +44. I was stupid and called back but nobody answered. What should I do? Is it bad?

It's just a spam wave of calls with the 0044 dial. Your call will probably be part of it. Therefore, best ignore.
You can also report the call to the federal network agency in the hope that you get active when there are too many complaints.
