NRW semester ticket?

Guys, I've done a bit of research, but I'm still not quite sure. If I'm studying in the VRR area, am I only allowed to take one person with me on my semester ticket? Or can I take multiple people with me? One page says I can take one person over 14 and up to three children between 6 and 14. However, another page says I can only take one person, regardless of whether that person is an adult or a child.

(It's about rail connections)

The VRR semester ticket entitles " another person from Monday to Friday from 7 p.m., all day on weekends and on public holidays as well as on 24.12. and 31.12. in the entire interconnection room".

https://www.vrr.de/de/tickets-tarife/ticketuebersicht/ticket/vrr/semesterticket/

On one side, it says that I can take one over 14 years and up to 3 children between 6-14 years.

Which side is that?

Yes, other conditions apply to the VRS ester ticket, but the VRR is not the VRS. And Semesterticket NRW there is no free way to take (except for children under the age of six, who are already free of charge).
