Novaminsulfon how many drops?
So I had my wisdom teeth surgery today and the doctor prescribed it for me and said I should take 20 drops when I have pain but the internet says 1-5 drops but how much is right now (I weigh 70kg)

Yes, I also fell in;-) the 1 – 5 drops are for toddlers – adults can take more.
The best way to read the package leaflet right – it's written stupid but the other dosages are downstairs.

Actually, what the doctor told you. The conventionally recommended dose is generally significantly lower than that which can be taken in exceptional cases.
If you are unsure, take a lower dose and then call the doctor again.
20 drops. The maximum single dose for adults is 40 drops. The maximum daily dose is 4×40 drops.
I would take 20 drops if needed, max. 4x a day if it is not enough 3/4 -1 h after taking another 20 drops.
If this is not enough or you need so much for 2 days, visit your doctor again.
