Noten während der Ausbildung?

Ich bin Ausländerin und mache seit einem halben Jahr eine Ausbildung. Dennoch verstehe ich das Bewertungssystem immer noch nicht ganz. Ich habe gehört, dass die Noten von schriftlichen Arbeiten und mündlichen Beiträgen im Unterricht abhängen. Ich habe jedoch auch gehört, dass die üblichen Noten im Unterricht letztendlich keine Rolle spielen und dass es nur wichtig ist, die Prüfungen bei der IHK zu bestehen. Stimmt das? Wenn nicht, könnte es ein Problem sein, wenn schriftliche Arbeiten erfolgreich abgegeben werden, aber mündliche Beiträge fehlen?

How do bad grades affect the final exam?

The results of exams or other examination tasks carried out at the vocational school have no direct influence on the audit. Of course, I understand that information from the course will occur in the final exams, and in general I have no problems with understanding them. The problem is more about the oral answers, and I was concerned about how much their lack could be a problem.
