I was afraid of deep, cold water for years. If I fell in there, I might have drowned panically.

However, for me water always had an “adventure character”.

That’s why I was much better and less bad, often alone with diving glasses. At the age of 23 I have driven this to such an extent that I have made specific diving exercises (on time) and rest. So in flat, warm water, let down on the floor, and lie there as if you were sleeping.

At some point, I started to breathe through the nose, sometimes without diver goggles, under water, or under water.

Everything always in the well-being area!

And at some point about 10 years, I could reward myself with a lifeguard training, in silver.

True many good experiences, but unfortunately, the simple swimming in the indoor swimming pool has become much less interesting.

Hello has a good friend, then ask him if he goes swimming with you and swims next to you
