I'm not blocked by the person, but I don't see the message field. Instead, it says "Person is unavailable." I can make phone calls, but I can't text.

So it seems that you can't log in to a deleted account, but if you were already logged in before, do you still have access to it, or is everything locked?

We clarified it by phone. No one has blocked the other or set any restrictions….despite that I can still just call and not write–with it also works. This is not a drama-me wonders only 😉♀️ ♀️
Possibly the person is just offline or has the chat function disabled, maybe you should call the person and ask if she has disabled the chat function or if there is a problem with her phone
