Not all the memory is allocated?

Hello, I wanted to download Retropie (to my SD card), but it's not using all of my storage. Instead, it's somehow split up, even though I obviously want to use all of it. How can I change this?

Thank you in advance.

The boot partition (256MB) should be maintained. It stores the data needed to detect and use the SD card on various platforms.

You can delete the primary partitions (2,68GB). This increases the “non-associated” range to 29.48GB. You activate this area as a primary partition with 29.48GB. This partition is then formatted (in standard FAT format). Now the maximum memory size is available.

You can’t access the boot partition (in normal operation!) It is reserved for the system and is hidden – except in the storage space management. User data will never be stored in a boot partition. As the name says, the boot partition is reserved for boat information.
