Not a question but a tip (cannabis)?
Since I've been reading more and more lately about panic/heart palpitations/paranoia after smoking weed, I'd like to give beginners a tip.
No bongs. Bongs are taboo for beginners.
Roll a joint gently. If you're in a group, take a hit and wait. Yeah, peer pressure.
If you roll a joint at home alone with very little weed, one hit and wait 20 minutes won't work. Another hit and another wait until it feels pleasant.
Point 3, and yes, no one will like this: If you're a benzo user, one tablet of diazepam/Xanor/Lexatonil/Rivotril usually helps with heart palpitations and anxiety. It doesn't lessen the high, but it does eliminate the side effects.
So now my personal question: Why do you smoke weed?
Now that legalization is finally coming, I would occasionally smoke one myself.
But only for my own personal benefit. Since I rely on my driver's license, there will probably only be a few moments in which enough time can pass.
I've been living with back pain for many years and cannabis is actually the only thing that can completely eliminate it for a while.
Medications have too many unwanted side effects here.
Tilidine, for example, in a sufficient dose to be completely free, affects potency. There is something you can do about it, but it causes my heart palpitations.
So I just live with it…
Smoking weed without punishment is great, but at the moment it still has too many “side effects” such as losing your driving license, so the limits definitely need to be improved.
I like the lifestyle of smoking weed and I have ADHD and am constantly restless and in the long run it is very stressful and I need a break from
I understand a colleague of mine also has ADHD and yes a bag always brings him down
