Normal behavior? Eating and exercising?

I'm 21 years old and take great care of my health and figure! I'm not too thin, just to be clear. I'm 153cm tall and weigh 53 kg (I'd say that's normal).

I exercise six times a week (gym, jogging)

If there are days when I don't exercise, I feel really bad. Or if I eat something and haven't exercised that day, I don't feel good about myself. I don't consider myself fat, but I do feel this urge to exercise.

Is my behavior normal?

Could be a problem at some point…

Of course, "normal" is something different for everyone. I would say, for example, it's okay to pay attention to your own figure and balance it with more sports if really eaten too much. Of course everyone can see differently.

But to have to do sports right now, to be able to eat anything at all, is already going towards forced disorder, which could eventually become quite problematic.

I would say no, listen to compulsion, even if not so strong. Go towards eating disorder.
