Non-replaceable ball bearings?
I just wanted to remove the ball bearings from my scooter, but they won't budge. I've tried various tips and tricks from YouTube, but the ball bearings just won't come off. My question is, are there any ball bearings that can't be removed, or do you know any tricks for removing stuck ball bearings?
I look forward to quick replies
The ball bearings are pressed. You'll just get them out with a hydraulic press. This is nothing else in the car and tractor.
with such images, or you can discuss a lot.
otherwise; what are it for camps, what is it for scooters, etc, more info please.
I wanted to insert pictures but that didn't work
then the question remained open what it is for a scooter and what it is for camp.
and to insert a picture you can simply create an answer to your question.
there are special tools for pressing out and in ball bearings.
They're not special. This is what every workshop has and is part of the standard equipment.
every workshop – but I don't have a workshop!
Each workshop also has a full tool trolley. It's not a special tool either.
You can try to cool off the ball bearings with ice spray so that they get together and heat it out so that it stretches out.
The housing where they are pressed in also shrinks. There's only one press.
So you don't seem to have any idea! Each material has a different coefficient of expansion!
If you mean the bearings in the engine or gearbox housing, then by controlled destruction. With a small drill or small milling slowly pick up pieces by piece without damaging the housing.
