Another question about the pill Qlaira and the antibiotic Chlarithromycin?

Hello again,

So, I took the antibiotic (like this) from June 10th to June 17th, and I had my withdrawal bleed one day, on August 17th. I started taking the Qlaira pill again on June 18th. On June 25th, two days ago, I had sex without a condom, and he came inside me. I was actually pretty sure that after nine days, when I'd taken the ninth pill, everything would be safe again and I'd be protected from an unwanted pregnancy.
Unfortunately, I'm starting to worry that it wasn't safe and that I'll have to take the morning-after pill.
