I picked up the quad from the dealership with 150 km on the clock, and I haven't been to the TÜV yet. I didn't get a TÜV report either, at least I can't remember one. In the case of new vehicles that have not yet become HU, of course, you do not need a HU report for the approval/enrolment. The vehicle registration is the due date of the first HU. It goes without saying that no report is required.
