No sounds or notifications from WhatsApp on the lock screen?
Hello 🙋🏻♀️,
I don't receive any notifications or sounds from WhatsApp when the lock screen is activated, neither for chat messages nor for incoming voice calls. I only realize I've missed something when I open the app.
I've already checked all the notification settings and they're correct.
I had an iPhone 6s Plus until recently and the problem existed then too, and now an iPhone 14 Pro Max and the problem is still there.
Is there any other solution besides deleting and reinstalling WhatsApp?

Hello. I think WhatsApp delete and reinstall does not fix the problem.
Turn on the iPhone completely and after a while. I don’t know if the problem is fixed.
