No more eating sweets?

Hello

namely…

I have to manage not to eat anything sweet anymore because I eat sooo much and just have to get away from it

It has already improved because before I needed something sweet after every meal, now I only eat it when I feel like it, which is still far too often.

Can someone help me with this? (I'm 15, so I still live with my parents, and they always buy so many delicious things 😭 and even if they're not my favorite things, I still eat them because I love sweets 🤓)

Ultimately, this only works, and I think the intention is good, through a clear personal decision (ie no more sweets or only eating very little) and then consistently following through with it.

And, believe me, it is possible, even if it is not easy.

There are also healthy sweets, such as bananas or trail mix.

Get your parents on board and discuss buying fewer sweets together. If you don't have any or almost none, you can't eat them. I think dark chocolate with chili is great; it tastes good, isn't too sweet, and a small piece is usually enough. Or chew gum. I think it's really good that you want to eat less sweets, though.

Today, every supermarket has low-sugar protein bars, and they're far better than the usual sugary junk. They cost from about €1.50.
