No longer have access to email?

Hello,

I have an email address that links to many of the services I use. Epic Games, Steam, and Sony are all linked to this Web.de email. Yesterday, I noticed that my Web.de email password is incorrect, even though I've never changed it. I can't reset the password because one option would be to show my ID and confirm my identity. Unfortunately, I entered the wrong year of birth in the email, so that's not an option. I don't know what to do. I can't log into my Sony or PlayStation account anymore either, because the account has been locked for some reason, and I'm being asked to change my password. Does anyone know what I can do?
