I've tried many times to tune my Ninebot G30D using YouTube videos, apps, and ZIP files. Unfortunately, it never worked. Why does it work with the YouTube videos but not with my phone? Do I really have to install a chip like that and spend money on it, or is there another way? I tried using a good hacking utility or org.

I measured approximately 140 mm between the dropouts on the inside of my trekking bike with a ruler. It came with quick-release axles from the factory (2016). Does that mean it should have a 135 mm hub?
