Not yet directly because one would still be in the calorie deficit with 500 ml of miller milk & a plate of noodles. But it makes a contribution to weight gain, as you eat other things also over the day.

In addition, it is not possible to rely solely on the calorie number, because other factors such as saturation, microbiome (well-being of intestinal bacteria) & the glycemic index (distribution of the colon hormone insulin by a certain food) play a role here. In all these points, milled milk cuts negatively, unless you want to increase weight. In noodles it depends on whether to eat whole grain noodles or white flour products. Full grain noodles are the much better choice if you do not want to increase weight.

No, there’s a lot left. Because you don’t seem to have an inconsiderable underweight.

That depends on 500 factors.

It’s rough for you: If you consume more calories a day than you take to you, you take off. You need less, you admit.

So how to answer this question?

How much calories you consume by what about you can find on the net. What you take to you, you’ll find on the packaging. The rest is then simple addition / subtraction.
