Physically speaking yes:

When an object absorbs mass, this increases the weight, which leads to it becoming heavier.

In fact, I must agree with Ca00Liso. In practice, I refer to your alleged concern – generally not. If you buy the normal teapot or comparable, a possible calorie intake should be neglected.
At some point, however, I actually had “original Turkish apple tea” instantly for touching out of the holiday – I don’t want to know what was probably with sugar, so in this case you would certainly increase.
