Depends on the calories. Count them together and see if it’s too much. If you’re underage, I’ll advise you on a diet.

Yeah, everything else is bullshit. It only depends on the calories. If you take less calories than you need then you take off. But be careful! The body goes into a sort of “survival mode” which can slow your metabolism so that you decrease more slowly and increase faster. I would advise each person the normal weight is from a diet

You won’t take if you’re in a calorie excess so you can increase over 2000 if you’re so much but not all of it

You’ll accept if you eat over your calorie needs permanently. What you have eaten so far is certainly not too much, so the day has to eat some more to get to your calorie needs….
