Nicotine as a functional drug?

Hello,

I quit smoking almost two months ago. Withdrawal was problem-free, and I no longer have any cravings. However, I've been very irritable ever since, and it's always helped me calm down, especially with my ADHD. Yesterday I tried it again during a relaxing evening. I was more awake, in a much better mood, and felt really good (which hasn't been the case for any reason over the past two months). I don't know why, but nicotine has filled a gap in my life to compensate for problems, and I don't know what to do about it without resorting to nicotine again. I've been thinking about switching to snus to achieve the best effect with the least risk.

Thanks for answers

With snus I don’t know, but eime further alternative would be nicotine plasters that exist in different content levels.

By the way, I find it amazing how clean your expression and spelling is, despite ADHD.

How about the right word?

Clearly understandable.
