Never feel like sleeping?
I can no longer sleep well because of too many problems and the fact that I have been unhappy for years (depression). It started with me sleeping very badly. Then I took sleeping pills which made it better. I haven't taken these for about a year now, though. And I can only sleep for 3 to 5 hours because I never feel like sleeping; I simply don't care about sleep anymore. Would it be better to take sleeping pills again and maybe that way I can sleep normally again?
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Thanks but no, psychologist I was already, hasn’t really brought much haha . I also don’t understand the logic of these people. If you only have problems that you can’t solve, what brings me to talk? Everybody think about it going away problems.

Make a certain schedule when you go to sleep and make an experiment try it with 2 months.
And if you think it’s okay, you don’t want to end, do you?
if not then change your whole life, or change your room, your wardrobe (clothes)
Start new and leave your old one back.
