When do you start decorating?

I know many people don't decorate until after Remembrance Sunday, but I don't believe in that. When do you decorate like that? For me, the decorations only stay up until the 26th, after which I throw out the entire Christmas tree.

My father will be turning 50 in about a month. He doesn't really want to celebrate, but rather just go to breakfast with friends. I need a gift idea and maybe something small and original that could be used as a cover-up.
You don’t have to “deserve” everything. You can also look forward to receiving a gift.
Then do something for him so that you feel that you deserve it.
Give the screen back, you don’t have to suffer either.
