Man is dependent on light, air, food, fluid and above all love. Without social contacts, man enters.

How far a month would be noticeable depends on each individual. Very individual because every different resource is involved.

While a person falls into deep depression, another person may be quite satisfied.

That would be bad, even though a month you could get.

In the long run you become physically weak, sad and depressive.

a month is not much, I spent 3 months at home during the Covid period.

so I don’t think it happens much except that you might miss the fresh air

Not necessarily something bad. Some can be all alone. If he really stays at home for 24 hours, it would be a question of how he could get food.

Some become lazy, don’t wash, do not care for contacts.

But it doesn’t have to be like everyone. Some people may enjoy the tranquility and are happy to be alone, have a regulated everyday life and employment even if he is always at home

The worst thing could happen would probably be depression. You can get a good deal of things by yourself until a certain time, but you can’t be alone in the long run.

This is me during the summer holidays. All right, my father’s at home, with which I’m going to change a few words the day, but that’s it. What happens to me? Nothing, I just have less stress than during school.

If you’re really isolated, you’ll be depressed sometime.
